Your maintenance technicians then take the compact, lightweight unit along with them into the field; the unit fits into a shirt pocket or can be belt-holstered. Your technicians can use the FaciliWorks PDA software to document maintenance results, hours, costs, completion status, comments and other important information.

For easy reference, the software tracks and displays lists of all required parts, tools and even detailed maintenance procedures.

The FaciliWorks PDA software can also help you keep inventory records and asset meter readings up to date. Just transfer all your part information or metered asset records to the mobile device and record your current inventory or meter readings.

At the end of the day, the mobile device is placed in its cradle and the completed maintenance records are electronically transferred back into FaciliWorks. This system saves time, ensures accuracy and is easy to operate.
