I tried to register my GAGEtrak software by clicking the [Get Online Trigger] button, but it said that it couldn’t find my Serial Number. In the Modify License it shows that my Serial Number is E202599C-DF1 (or 297862003).

E202599C-DF1 is your Install Code. 297862003 is the Serial Number that is in the sample database that comes with GAGEtrak. If your copy of GAGEtrak has not yet expired, you can enter the correct Serial Number into GAGEtrak or link to the current GAGEtrak database on your server already containing your Serial Number. If you do not know what your GAGEtrak Serial Number, please call CyberMetrics Technical Support. If you are already linked to the database that contains your company’s gages, you can enter your Serial Number into the About window. While viewing GAGEtrak’s Main Menu, on the menu bar, click Help -> About. There is a place for your Serial Number on the right side of the window. After you have entered or changed your Serial Number, you can click the [X] control in the upper right corner to close the window. If you are linked to the sample database for GAGEtrak, you can link to your company’s database by returning to the Main Menu and clicking File -> Open Database from the menu bar. There is a [Browse] button in the Open Database window to allow you to navigate to the location of your database, GTData65.mdb, and open it.
