GAGEtrak PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) Software is a special utility for transferring
data back and forth between GAGEtrak and a PDA handheld computer running Windows
Mobile® technology.
Calibration records are first transferred into the PDA unit. Your technicians then
take the compact, lightweight unit along with them into the field-the unit fits
into a shirt pocket or can be belt-holstered. Your technicians can use GAGEtrak
PDA Software to document gage calibration results, hours, costs, completion status,
comments and other important information.
Having this information at their fingertips
saves time and helps you stay in compliance with ISO 9000/QS 9000 standards.

At the end of the day, the PDA handheld computer is placed in its cradle and the
completed calibration records are electronically transferred back into GAGEtrak.
This system saves time, ensures accuracy and eliminates the duplication of effort
normally associated with printed calibration work orders.
If you don't already own a handheld computer, CyberMetrics can provide a compatible
PDA with a built-in laser bar code reader which you can use with bar-coded
asset ID
or

- it's a great
way to save data entry time and cut down
on costly errors.
