as built into the FaciliWorks
desktop software. However, instead of being a separate application
that must be individually installed on the
user's computer,
the Web Service Request allows all authorized
employees to
submit service requests directly to the Maintenance Department via
their web browser.
Once the electronic service request is approved by your maintenance
manager, it can be converted into a Work Order and the job is completed. The FaciliWorks
