The FaciliWorks Web Service Request provides the same features and functionality
as our Service Request Module; however, instead of being a separate application
that must be individually installed on the computer of whoever you wish to use it,
the Web Service Request allows all authorized employees, with Internet access, to
submit service requests directly to the Maintenance Department via your FaciliWorks
7 Desktop software. Once the electronic service request is approved by your maintenance
manager, it can be converted into a Work Order and the job is completed. The FaciliWorks
