GAGEtrak FAQ

GAGEtrak - The World's leading calibration management software

How do I use the Automatic Calibration report in GAGEtrak, the one that appears when I open GAGEtrak?

From GAGEtrak’s Main Menu, click the Setup -> Settings -> General tab. In the upper left area of this window, you can add/remove the checkmark from the [X] checkbox to enable or disable the Automatic Gage Due Listing report. Please note that if you use this report, you have the option to [X] Include Past Due items and you can change the time range. The Start Frequency sets the beginning date for the report. The End Frequency is the number of days, weeks or months in the future. Since this report will appear every time you open GAGEtrak, we recommend that you [X] Include Past Due and select a small number of Days for the End Frequency. You can use any of the calibration reports in Open Calibration Reports to generate the calibration list for longer, or more specific date ranges – such as all of the calibrations due this month or the next two or three months.
