Having only 5 options for Gage Status is not sufficient. How do I define a new Status?

To add status go to Set Up -> Status ID Entry. Create a new record, assign a number and the description. You will see this new status in the Gage Entry -> Information screen in the Status drop-down list.

Additionally, there is Gage Report which will allow you to identify all gages with a particular Status.
