There is an employee who left the company and that person's name still appears in Calibration Entry in the By drop-down list. Also, there are some companies on this list that no longer calibrate gages. How can I remove these names from the drop-down list?

Only Active employees and Enabled suppliers will appear in the By drop-down list in Calibration Entry. Navigate to Main Menu -> Main Records -> Staff Entry, then find the record for the employee who left the company. Remove the checkmark from the Active checkbox.

To remove the company names for companies that no longer provide outsourced calibrations, please go into Supplier Entry, find the company name and remove the checkmark from the Enabled checkbox.
