At present, GAGEtrak users will receive GAGEtrak 7 Professional Edition and FaciliWorks 7 desktop users will receive FaciliWorks 8 desktop standard edition.

The Platinum Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs for meeting validation standards, advanced topics as well as to provide extended-term maintenance and support. Agreement also provides free in-version updates for your software.

Gold Software & Maintenance Support

The Gold Maintenance & Support plan provides professional, technical support for two years, as well as a free, per user upgrade. GAGEtrak users will receive GAGEtrak 7 Standard Edition. SUPPLIERtrak users will receive the most current version of SUPPLIERtrak Supplier Quality Management Software. FaciliWorks desktop users will receive FaciliWorks v8 desktop standard Edition.

The Gold Maintenance & Support plan addresses customer needs to keep current with new software versions of CyberMetrics’ products, as well as to provide extended-term maintenance and support.
